Great landscape shot, to say the weather was not great for pics you certianlty made the most of it, the sky is very dramatic and the landscape is beatifully lit.

Well Andrei,

When you are presented with a view like this, the best thing to do is to capture it. If the colours are really lost because of the weather you can always make it B&W and still give us an impression of the beautiful landscape.
I think this worked out just fine.

Good job here with the PP work to balance out the levels in this one. Nice diagonal element of the bridge and road across the frame, good placement of horizon.

The dark clouds add nicely to the mood of the photo and you did well bad weather and all. This is a lovely image. Excellent POV with the bridge and the stream. Very nice colour as well.

Very good indeed, Andrei - a lovely part of the country and you have represented it very well in this shot.

Nice and sharp even with 1/30 and the saturation is perfect. Love the composition as well, the way the viaduct and river break up the scene works very well. Excellent shot.

Beautiful Andrei,

The POV is superb and despite what you say about the troubles you experienced coping with the Derbyshire weather, and the perceived less than ideal lighting, you have produced a highly attractive and successful landscape picture. In fact I think that the lighting, as well as the POV and composition, is crucial to the pictures' success.
