i think this would have been better without the kids in it.
they do not sit well in the compo, in my opinion.

the image of the street is very nice and would not look out of place as an xmas card.

I disagree here with Brian, in my opinion the kids makes this an intersting image, a fine detail. The picture "breaths" a warm mood and the kids cheers it up! A fine contribution the the "my street" theme!

It has some kind of painted quality about it, not too obvious, but attractive.
A lovely view of your street, those building blocks and chimneys really look english.
Love to see the kids having fun.

I really love this! The depth of colours is wonderful and the contrasts are superb.
I love bit of life and colour added by the children, one of whom appears to be gathering snow for a snowball fight :)

Hi Andrei,

I really like the lighting effect you have on the beautiful stone homes and the sky. It does remind me of a painting style.

I personally like the children in the photo, especially the girl in the bright pink pants. It just emphasizes the old of the buildings and the modern society. Plus, it gives a perspective of the size of the homes for those who do not have this style in their country.

Were it not for the kids this would look like a page out of a story book. Having the kids gives greater depth to the photo and adds life to it.

I wonder what the lines between the sky and the roof and chimney's are. A result of processing the sky?

This is a very lovely, English street!
The house is perfectly placed and I think the children add life, colour and interest to the shot!
I not sure what has happened to the sky but sadly there is a line going round the chimney and down the roof, possibly due to pp work.
