Covent Garden is one of the busiest part of London. It is famous for shopping, street performers and entertainment facilities.

The name Covent Garden dates back to when the area belonged to Westminster Abbey and was a Convent Garden. This was London's Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable market for many years. The market was moved to Nine Elms some time ago and in 1980 Covent Garden was turned into a leisure area featuring novelty shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

it's so british...
I read recently that there are fewer and fewer of these magnificent phone booth. It is a great pity... :-)
We feel good frenzy of the street. I have the same desire to go to refuge in one of these box.

Excellent impression from Covent Garden, it is indeed always a busy place, but very attractive as well even when it is so busy.
