[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello everyone,
whilst looking through my files for a picture for the Friday theme, I came across this picture,[which I had completely forgotten about!]
Set in Sherwood Forest; there is lots of debris from the trees which is an ideal habitat for varieties of fungi to grow.
So when walking along I look down as well as up and along!
I like the textures of old wood and bark, hope you like it too.
Thanks for your visit.

Interesting composition, Jean. Lots of details, in very good sharpness and clarity. Light and shadow had given a good drama in this photo.
Regards,
Ramdan.

Hi Jean,
Excellent capture of this crowded patch of these wild mushrooms that are seen in wonderful details and sharpness. The decaying wood on the forest floor makes for a lovely frame to this image.
Regards, Tom

Hi Jean,
Interesting capture and what a colony of fungi! Very good sharpness, detail, DOF and colors.
