[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken at the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Place.
Almost impossible to get any clear shot due to the number of tourists. Called this "Changing The Guard" because it is my first attempt at changing a picture so much and using layers for the first time.

Created a new layer and cropped out the Guardsman. Increased saturation on this layer.
Created another layer and used the clone brush to remove all the items in the background. Converted this layer to black and white.
Resized for TL.
Added a border.
