Saw this pair at the Kay Park in Kilmarnock this sunny afternoon.

They really caught my eye....the fact that their heads are facing the same way but their bodies are not... her wing pattern looks like it is reflecting through the feathers on his back....lastly the white eyes!

lovely capture here...both male and female look very contented...enjoying the sun huh..

good detail, especially on female, male bit less focused...
