A very underated bird, the Starling. They have such irridescent plumage when you get close up, like oil on water.

Of course they are noisy, and make a mess, but you can't have everything.

Hi Andy, Realy great shot of a Starling, great sharpness and colour. I know most people think of Starlings as a pet but up close they are a very beautifull bird and you have shown this very well.
