I would have liked to have been at this party! That's a positive.
The main thing I don't like about this picture is the Guy's expression.. But I suppose what face do you make when you are getting kissed?!There is also no light in his eyes
Small niggles you have cut his head, but only just so it looks like a mistake rather then planned. The background has a distracting mirror/window, always check the background as you shoot. Their skin is a bit hot in places. The colour balance looks a bit warm.
As a picture for them to record the evening I think it is excellent. As a shot to interest anyone else,it needs to have more interest,be more dynanmic,maybe have a narrative which holds the attention.
