photo of 'Big Ben'.

first real experiment into a more heavily post processed shot...not sure how well it works.

the original shot was taken fairly close to the tower, and this angle is the original angle.

on photoshop i selected the clock area and made it a new layer. i made the background black and white, then applied the glowing edges filter to the whole thing.

bit of fiddling with saturation finished it off.

thoughts appreciated.

the interesting angle of big ben and the effect attracted me to this image, how was it done?, i think more detail in the lower dark half would look even better.tfs
