This is the London eye. Taken at the highest point looking down to the next pod. I liked this shot because it shows the hight well.

The world’s largest observation wheel is 135 metres high. It provides a 30-minute, slow-moving 'flight' over London. Designed to reflect the elements of air, water, earth and time - the central theme is a circle of white light from within the rim which sweeps the skyline at 135 metres. The passenger capsules signifying 'time', is lit internally at the point of embarcation. Each high-tech capsule accommodating up to 25 people. The attraction has the capacity to handle 1,500 visitors every hour. The British Airways London Eye is a privately funded venture between British Airways, the Tussauds Group and London architects David Marks and Julia Barfie

Hi Codge,

Very nice shot. Great POV with excellent composition. Well exposed.

I don't really like the frame though, but that is always only individual opinion

Hi Codge,

Interesting pov. Interesting "eye" Nice way to see the city of London.

tfs, lisa

Hi Codge,
Nice shot, good POV and composition, you certainly get a good view from up there, I don't go much on the frame it make the image look scruffy In My Opinion.

Hi Codge

Excellent POV and nicely framed. This is one of my favorite views of the eye with interesting people in the pod to spy on, the lovely shaes of the pod itself and the view of the city below.

Hello Codge
Interesting shot this, unusual view showing the eye in relation to London, good exposure, nice shot
However I think the added frame actually detracts from the image Final thought I also wonder what the effect on the image would be if the pod was less central, just my thoughts

Hi Codge, A real good angle from this POV it shows how big the pods really are, i'd not known that before. Good clarity. The frame is original. TFS. Murray.

Hello Codge !

Impressive view looking down under. Interesting note to complete your shot. A must thing to do if we visit London.

Cool composition and POV for a Treklens meeting group photo too (^_^).

Cheers!
Robert
