cropped
separated the petals and converted to b/w.
adjusted colour and gamma on the stamen.
put back together then added frame and signed.
resized for upload

Good results with the B&W and colour.
Looks like we are on the same wave length re colorizing.
You have a little patch in the flower that stayed mono. Did you do that on purpose?

since i am no purist this is stunning pp work though it could be a bit sharper. poppies are wonderfully adapted to what we put them through as models one of the more expressive flowers i think.
