Hi Andy,
beautiful detail and sharpness to this shot and I particularly like the diagonal line of the fence the bird's on. I love the way you can even see the details of the soft feathers on its belly and its defiant expression. I am mad for bird photos and this is just wonderful. Lovely shot! Talk about a sharp, crystal clear photo.
You certainly have achieved it hers. The details of this bird are spectacular. The lovely blue, the blurry background, and the perch are all splendid. I'm sure there is a birding publication that would appreciate your bird photos. They're neat!
