Don't know Photofiltre too much but is there a "feather" option that goes with the selection tool?
In Paint Shop Pro, what it does is blend the edges of the selection with transparency.

It's summertime...summertime...summertime! Great compilation of these busy bees. Strong contrasting colours excellent brightness. The overall impresion is that it's a tiny bit hazy, like the use of gausian blurr, but in my opinion still a fine posting!

Hello Helen,
you made a good chioce here with the collage. I think it makes a really attractive composition.I have recently been bee hunting but with little success although I have posted one of my pictures even though it was not sharp enough. Your bees are better. What lens did you use (we both have a 400D)?. I have yet to figure out how to make a collage like this. Did you use photoshop to put together the six images or did you do everything with photofiltre? I don't have photofiltre and maybe I should download it.
