One soft box, black board.
light to side, very close, using modelling light and turning models head to make sure getting light in both eyes. Therefore getting as much shadow as possible,while maintaining light in both eyes. Just a couple of centimetres turning of the head will make a ditfference between complete shadow or just enough light.
