Three house martin chicks wait to be fed.....

Shot taken into a very dark corner of house....I did not feel flash was appropriate as could scare these creatures so a high iso and slow shutter speed selected.....luckily they kept still.

keep watching my gallery as the superlambbananas are coming.... :-)

I do like these 3 birds, Ron, and you did well without the flash, the photo is clear and naturally colored

Hi Ron,
Great shot of these three, good detail and colour and a great lowlight shot with good use of the higher ISO.
Well done
Regards Andy

hi Ron, excellent shot, the clarity to the cable is first class!!.. could be co-axial or something...hehehe.. I digress!! no, these birds are superb, excellent use of ISO to get the light to capture them so clearly, the details and colours are also excellent.

The use of flash, I have used this with birds, (my recent owl image) and it does not seem to bother them too much, spending too long doing it seems more of a disturbance. But, it does not matter what or how you captured this, it is a great image and TFS....,

Hi Ron,
You have captured this so well, good use of ISO. Nice colours and detail.
Looks like these chicks might be ready to fly soon so you were lucky to catch them all together.
