[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took my camera with me while out walking the dog and loved these clouds.
I cropped the photo and also brightened a little, but the foreground is still dark and I can't find the equivalent of the gamma adjustment on PS (I'm still a beginner at all this). I didn't want to lose the menace of the clouds but couldn't get a better effect with using more contrast. The clouds were pretty dark.

This is where the HDR technique I was discussing would come into play. You could take several images, exposing for sky and foreground, and then combine the images.
Alternatively, if the camera allowed, grad ND filter could be used to darken sky, but that's tricky if you don't have and SLR.
Other than that, nice composition. One little distraction is what appears to be a power line or telephone line going across the right hand side.
