This is a picture of one of the Spanish Horses that were performing at the Royal Show at Stoneleigh last week. The Spanish Horses on show ranged in colour from this lovely bay to the beautiful greys, they all had the most fantastic manes and tails very long and flowing. I did watch there display but much prefered to watch them practising as watching them practise you could see how they asked the horses to perform the steps requested. I could have watched them for hours if I had not been grooming for a friend showing her Cleveland Bay mares.
The show is meant to be one of the largest agriculture shows but due to Blue Tongue and the ban not being lifted in the Warwickshire area the cattle classes were very small which is a real shame.

Hello Jane,
You have a lovely way of illustrating the flowing movements of the horses. This one is no exception.
I just wished you had included a little more space for the horse to move into as it gives the impression it is turning to our left.
Hi Jane
Lovely composition, pin sharp and well exposed, pity it's not a bit bigger.
Regards
Pez
Hiya Jane
Have to agree with others regarding the space but I think we touched on that before.. however that aside you really have a flair for catching the movement and stopping the action dead and this is a prime example. Superb sharp detail and a lovely angle on this shot.
TFS regards Helen
