[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Other than this being a photo of a really big tree and a very small person, it turns out that the person is blind (based on the assumption as they carry a white stick) and is perhaps unaware of the incredible scale of the tree they are passing.

One for this Friday's "Desaturation" theme.

fine PP, excellent POV to show the entire big tree, and the woman gives the scale, and she looks soooo tiny !

Hello Tim

Whilst I have to be honest and say that this image could be sharper I feel the idea and the way you have captured it is really superb. This really is one of those images that people should look at closer to see the deeper meaning. Very well seen and perfect desat work as the red really stands out and emphasises the small person.
