The original was taken in Birmingham at the Botanical Gardens. This is my first attempt at desaturation I've probably missed missed somewhere.

Very nicely composed shot with strong diagonal lines, the PP work is very well done and if you've missed anywhere i'm damned if i can see it
I have no idea why all those people who've looked at this couldn't think of something to say !

A beautiful capture here and I would never have known this was your first try at desat as the work is excellent. Maybe a little more space to the right of the flower would be good but overall an excellent post.
