[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Good morning Peeps

This is the last shot of the lovley horses at the steam and shire rally for now. This is the pair I showed you yesterday. So much work goes into preperation for these shows by the owners and thier team. Not only for the horses but also the vehicles and indeed the drivers/riders and thier costumes. Here the pair are about to leave the arena and again Smurfie is sat on the floor to take the shot.

I have put another view into workshop, sadly I cropped the top of the sign off so didn't think it worthy of posting as my main image but I did want to show you the side view of this lovely team in all thier finery.

TTFN and thanks for taking the time to visit and view my image.

Kind regards Helen

P.S. Off home tonight but my memory card is well loaded with new shots.. I have yet to capture the Typhoons in flight but will try again today before I go as the sky is lovely and blue this morning.

This is the best of the series, in my opinion. The full frontal shot works really well - we get a great sense of movement from the raised hooves/trotters/feet/whatever and the details are great. Strong colours, good composition - lovely image.

Hi Helen

Very good shot.
Like your POV and composition.
I have seen similar displays and am always amazed at the amount of work the teams put in.

Well done my friend.TFS

Hello Helen
What I like most in that photo is the effect of movement in the horses' gesture. The colors are naural and the low point of view ads a kind of dramatic effect.
Bravo

Gorgeous draft horses Helen!, really nice head on shot, you can "feel" them bouncing! Excellent details all around on this one Helen!

An excellent POV Helen both low down and front on. Good focus and lovely natural looking colours.

Very fine once again -- and the one int he WS is good -- it is just the smoke that I would consider a negative factor -- less clarity
Superb PoV on this one and excellent details -- LOVE the two fellows who are raiding here

Hi Smurfie,
I love your horse series! The POV here is stunning, so low as if these horses will run over you (they didn't I hope so :-)
Anyway a great moment well captured and presented!
Hans
