[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On my way home from a friends on Saturday, I could smell this weird bonfire sort of smell but I knew it wasnt a bonfire. It wasnt until I came round the corner and came across a que of cars and this big plume of black smoke that I realised that it was this steam truck. I dont really know alot about these sort of trucks except that they are nice to look at so if anyone has any info on them then please feel free to let me and others know.

Hi Jane,the way the price of fuel keeps climbing up,you may see a lot more of these on the road:)You have captured this classic very well,good clarity & sharpness as well as vibrant colours.

What a lovely machine Jane... just gorgeous!!!
The colors and sharpness are really good.
Pitty the sky is a bit dull, but when it's this grey there just isn't much you can do about it.
I think maybe if you crop this image to a square, taking out the dulls sky and part of the street, it would have quite a different view..... just a thought!

Hi Jane,
Nice capture, these look and smell great, there is something about a steam engine be it train, truck or traction engine and you have captured this one well, good colours and sharpness, I like the position in the frame and the motion blur on the tyres.
