[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the deepest depths of a castle, lie the dungeons. Today we took a visit to a local castle, Dundonald Castle (also known as Donald's Din), and got the chance to visit the very small (8x8 foot) dungeon or more commonly called pit.
Guess what was living down here.... lots of these big spiders, all sitting over their egg sacs like guards. Never the less, shot a couple of shots and "hi-tailed" it out, just in-case one went up me trouser leg 8-o

Sorry for the orientation but it was hanging from the ceiling and I was struggling to reach up and shoot her.

Should have kept this on the thumbnail. Was doing ok till I opened it and saw all the fantastic detail on his legs!!! Now Im feeling a bit wobbly lol!
Great close up and brilliant detail. Love the way you've got the egg sac in the b/g although glad its outta focus!!!
