TLC for the DC-3 (Smurfie's challenge)

Well last night ;-) Smurfie challenged me with posting the same kind of image as she would do. This is what she wrote: "[...] "so I threw the gauntlet down last night to see if he could find a similar shot each day this week to post."
So I picked up the gauntlet and post picture not of the Spitfire, but showing a aircraft mechanic showing TLC for the DC-3!

Helen's impression of maintaining a Flying Legend you can see in this picture!

Let the game begin! :-)

merhaba myfriend dear Hans...
very enteresting shot and detail..superb colors...selamlar

Hello Hansie

My you did well here my friend I am impressed! I love the angle and POV here and the colour saturation is excellent too. I am always so impressed that these old craft stay in one piece let alone fly and land.. here we can clearly see the panel details with all the rivets holding the craft together. Well done my friend, day one of the challenge complete... day two... might find a shot with a maternal feel about it!!! no more clues than that.. good luck :-)

TTFN regards Smurfie

Dit vind ik nou juist een heel aparte compositie, moet meteen denken aan de aankomst van soldaat van Oranje en Wilhelmina nade bevrijding op Nederlandsche bodem....
Mooi Hans

Ahh, you have matched her PERFECT Hans! Love good competitive fun like this one! What a cool shot, my Dad would love this. He is an airplane freak! Your tones and details are exquisite, all the while controlling the sky once again! Very nice work Hans!
B-) B-)

Hoi Hans,

Heel mooi. Prachtig die sterke off-center compositie met de sigaar van het vliegtuig zelf helemaal in de rechter hoek en de engineer links van het midden. Mooi!

Groeten,
Dennis
