[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello Everyone,

After so much cold and rainy weather it was wonderful to go out into the garden again! This is simply a celebration of a little sun in the garden.

The poppies were waving their heads, the bees were visiting the snapdrgons, the lillies had begun to open their long closed buds and the ornamental thistles (at the back) were just beginning to show a little purple on their buds. (Pity I can't record the noise of the birds singing, too!)

It was like awakening from a long sleep!

A lovely bright sunny capture here, i can even read the chirpy feel in your notes..are you skipping as you walk this morning too :-)

Such a warm and summery feel to this image if becomes infectious to view it.

Good sharp detail and excellent colour saturation, nice complimentory framing too.

Indeed the poppies look bright and appears to be waving. I can sense some excitement in the image posted and from reading your Note. I like the contrast of predominantly yellows against a green b/g. Well done.

i like the inclusion of the wall/gate in the bg, gives a country feel to the image. the colours you have are very good, very varied, and the whole shot has an airy summer feel.
