Dave,
You have a good composition here, leaving the boat of center. Horizon seem to be slightly croocked to the right or it is the impression given by the boats and house.
We can feel the wind just looking at the photo.

thought it was a HDR image the contrast is so high yet lacks the detail, so i wonder if this scene suits the technique like a building does. it looks a bit rough out there. tfs
