| This is Wils the new drummer in a rock band from Liverpool called Fugitive. One of the founder members of this band is a friend of mine - for more years than I care to mention and I look after thier website. This means I'm always looking to get up to date shots of the boys. This was one of their regular Thursday night practice sessions at the Vulcan studios in Liverpool, and as Wils had only recently joined the band I was tring to get a good angle on him for an 'in action' shot. I pointed the camera thought 'now that looks good' - adjusted to get the DOF i wanted repositioned slightly and bang one shot. I was very please with the result. |

hey Rob, this is a *really* unique drummer shot! i love this low-down perspective and the DOF is just right. have you shown this pic to Wils? he should be very pleased too hehe, all the drummers I know always cry about how nobody takes good shots of them.
