[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another wet road on Dartmoor.

As I drove down this road, the sunlight hit it, and it shone like liquid silver. I had traffic behind me, and could not safely pull over for about half a mile, so by the time I had turned around and gone back, the light had completely changed. I waited for at least an hour in the rain for it to happen again, but this was the closest I got.

I'm happy enough with the result in the end, after some extensive post processing.

Andy,
A little glimpe at your gallery tells me that this one is unusually muted for you!
There are one or two "issues" for me with the treatment of the grass verges, which border on the unphotographic - but I love the idea of the shining road which, despite your note, seems to be conveyed pretty well.
