Good evening peeps

Todays posting is the final in this little series. Having shown how to throw a pot I start the images here with the pot complete and ready for decoration. The inside was wiped with the sponge first, then the top lip was shaped. Next a metal brush used to mark in the required design.

Using the same layered effect as yesterdays posting but I decided to enlarge the last image to emphasise the fact that its the completed pot.

I hope you have enjoyed this little series as much as I enjoyed shooting it.

Many thanks to the very kind lady who allowed me to take these images of her handy work and as a matter of point she very kindly offered me the chance to have a go myself..I politely declined though as I prefer to take the images of her working and I did not think my rebel would take to kindly to getting clay in the shutter!

TTFN and thanks for the visit

Kind regards Smurfie

Hi Helen,
This is good, it tells the story perfectly.....But, your layout is a little untidy, (sorry, it's a lifetime of design and layout coming out, I just can't leave it alone).
I've done a quick Ws for you, I hope you don't mind.
Cheers,
Pete.

Excellent capture, and the collage is nicely composed. Well done.
Best wishes,
Achim

Helen:
You made a wonderful sequence on the making of a pot, very good angle, that allows us to see the process perfectly and also very clear and colorful images.
