throw away society

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I was driving along a country lane yesterday and came across this burnt out car. Obviously it was either stolen and burnt out or it was another "insurance job", but it got me thinking. We live in a throw-away society these days and we are pressured, by advertising, in to buying replacements for items we don't need. A new improved this... an upgraded that... etc.

Hi Symon,
Not a nice scene, but well presented daily life photo. It's a pity that these peaces ruin our environement...
Good PP work and desaturation touhgh.
TFS.
Best regards,
Kristof
i took photos of a burnt out car in wales last year and posted it similar to your shot on TE. they can be fascinating subjects so i hope you got out and took lots of detailed images from different angles. especially of the textures and colours. i would have a field day on this car and its sad history.
Hi Symon,
A sad sign of the times well captured, you have made the car stand out well from the background with the desaturation, the colours and patterns from the rust add a lot of interest.
Well done
Regards Andy
