This scene sums up this wonderful area of Scotland's North West Highlands. I was driving along when I just had to stop and take this shot, the smell of honey from the heather was intense.

I think you guys in Scotland have an unfair advantage. There doesn't seem to be anywhere you can go there that doesn't present some incredible photo opportunity. This is beautiful. Nice sweep this road has Douglas! Excellent colors, a little OE in the sky, but it works well for me here. Sometimes it's adds a bit of purity to the clouds! I can't imagine a more beautiful place!
