THE STREET ARTIST.
Hope you enjoy the set.
Had a shoot on the Monday and Tuesday, decided on a 'FREE' day (bus man's holiday, lol) in the Capital.
Chose the HOTTEST day of Summer! Suffered, but it was well worth it.
It was buzzing and wonderful.

Trying for some coolness on the banks of the Thames when encountered all the street performes.

They were a couple, wearing the same WATERCOLOUR-costumes, they had a different discipline but were both so very graceful, elegant and talented. It was pure magic to see them at work.
She started with one, gradually built up her act, adding all the time, on the seductive and haunting sound of the music of the Gotan Project. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZk-LJ_KCMg&feature=related
The public stood mesmerised.
None more so than the two little girls....
Thanx for viewing, M, (*_*)

Hi Magda,

I like the composition and speed setup for this image . .
Sharp and focus on the lady . . and little blurry at the rings to show the movement . .
May I know what the aperture here?
And how did you setup the two girls are also sharp?

Tfs,
Tjutjut

Another good capture Magda, with the same excellent subject. Although the moment is not quite unique as in the previous shot, it is indeed difficult to equal that one, the asymmetric position of the rings balances the shot very nicely. I find quite disturbing the way you selectively blurred the people in the background, leaving the buildings in the very background sharp. It us unfortunate that the equipment didn't allow you to use a shallow depth of field for isolating the subject in a more professional fashion. Good light and pleasant colors.

this is a powerfull picture
very good pov and clearty

Hello Magda,
wonderful capture of this artist.
Very good sharpness of the woman and the two little girls in the back. How did you manage to get these girls so sharp?
Amazing composition and very well done.
Thanks for sharing

Dear Magda,
Great capture.
Fantastic colours

Friendly Greetings

Good subject, nice light, and nice framing with every hoop featured in its entirety.

I do find the background blur PP work unsettling, it seems hastily done, and while I realise you wanted to keep the two girls in focus and isolate them, it all seems a little heavy-handed and careless to me.

Amazing colors and presentation. The blur background certainly gives focus to the artist. Great work.
Thank you for sharing
Kind regards

TFS & groetjes,
Erik
