Hello Shimon,
I'm not sure here about the partial inclusion of the fence on the foreground. You don't show us enough from it, so it does not really add something to your composition. On the contrary... It detracts from the overall simplicity of your shot. Consequently, I would have cropped the lower part (about 2 cm).
Besides that, I like the moment and the atmosphere you captured here. Impressive and serene at the same time.
Your rather soft focus works as well, though I would have preferred the sheep to be a little sharper in order to give more depth to your photo (or is this lack of sharpness due to my computer screen?).
Just my personal opinion, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
