[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi,

here is my entry for the Friday theme of 'under'.

taken at the world famous Knaresborough bed race day, which was marked by the typical English summer weather of rain! These two colourful girls, sheltering from the downpour under an equally colourful umbrella.

You can't beat being close to someone, even in times of adversity, such as the pouring rain. It always helps to hold someones hand, as these two close friends/sisters are doing!

Dedicated to all TL'ers who are having to spend less in this period of economic rain!

John, this one seemed to tell a story to me even before I read your notes.
I observed the same thing,re the holding of the hands, something you see of younger children who are friends/sisters.

Colors show well, and nice POV

just wondering if had shown the umbrella in its entirety would have been a bit better than the tight crop.
