there's a connection here - at least a philosophical one - between this shot and a previous post in church. The whole notion of the paradoxical contradictions between inside and outside, the contained and unrestrained; apparent here in the stained glass window effects generated by these overhanging trees reflected in the rippling water, itself contained in a reservoir - oh yes, that same reservoir which is subliminally infused with a living history of pagan ritual.

It's artistic Colin, I liked it truly. I appreciated the frame , a plus for me.

Amazing how the reflections are in some kind of soft focus (or maybe it's the movement) and the sharpness of the leaves on the water.
