[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
this is the last of my series from the park. i focused on the shadows on the path . as you follow the path the trees lose focus just like a long lost memory. you know that they are there but you can't see them properly as they are lost in the mist of time.

Hi Brian,
Wonderful play with shadows and light, great autumn composition. Colours are nice, sharp and clear image. Well done, TFS!
Greetings,
Kristof

You could also have called this picture "path of sunspots", Brian. But I assume this title would be less suitable for the feeling you wanted to convey (see also your note).
Said this, I like the rhythm of sun and shadow here. Both reinforce each other, make this empty path not look empty and give this photo a certain "sense" (in all "senses" of the word). Our eyes are guided beyond the obvious here - like when we half close them against the harsh sunlight... We then see patches rather than clear-cut forms, but they nevertheless have a meaning.
Your typical style of postprocessing appropriately enhances this feel.
TFS & kind regards,
Erik

Hi Brian,
Good perspective,good capture.
Best regards,
Ralf

Very nice work Brian, so glad you got to get this uploaded! What a nightmare! Excellent details, love this treatment here, with the leaves yellow, very much like fall, but we have a month or two before that. Nice perspective here too!

The textures here are really superb and the composition works well with the title.
A different crop (horizontal with the two fences as lead-in lines) would have resulted in a completely different image, completely different mood.
Great work

HI Brian,

I'm not much of a nature girl, but I could walk on this lovely path. The shadows are really interesting as are the golden tones of the leaves. Nicely done.

Very peaceful setting, thanks for sharing it with us. Lisa
