[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Driving along not far from home today, I was fortunate enough to have my camera with me. It was a very still and clear day and so the conditions were perfect for those wishing to travel by hot-air balloon.

You can read more about these hot-air balloons and their flights here.

Shot in RAW and converted and edited in PSE6. The balloon and its basket were separated from the main picture which was converted to black & white and then sepia added. The layers were then flattened.

All comments/critiques/advice welcome!

John the pp works really well with this image. The juxtaposition of the colourful baloon against the sepia landscape is very effective.

Well composed with the baloon taking up the top left of the frame, and nice and crisp.

Peter
