very interesting mood and subject but the top of the shot is not interesting in my very honest opinion, not at all, and I truly believe it would have been better by framing lower

Hi Brian !
Wow ! I like this !!!
Great use of B&W. Nice graduation of tones. IMHO, the horse is well placed, and framing is perfect.
Bravo !!!!

Hi Brian,
now this one I like a lot.
The faint colours with the sun trying to break through the dense fog and the bg fading into the mist are wonderful.

tfs, Heike

Oh you beat yourself up too much! Hopefully you learned some new tricks! This is very nice, you caught this boy alone, waiting for some Hay! I could walk to work too, but...dangerous.... too many trucks, too many idiots! Nice work Brian!

Hi there. I find myself coming back to this image, over and over. There is something about it that I really find wonderful. I am not sure I can explain it, but I like it. The only thing I might change is the amount of sky to bring the trees to the third thing, but even that doesn’t detract IMO. I like when you can break the rules and get such a great result.
Warm Regards
Wanda
