I have seen this technique before in a magazine but have never seen one posted before.
Brilliant work...Toy Town Houses of Parliament.

An interesting tilt-shift effect. I think though that there are some areas which could do with a little attention -
* the car of the london eye to the left of the frame could possibly do with cropping out, as its a major distraction
* the band of focus in the picture needs to be widened a little to include all of the houses of parliment - the building stands out because of the contrasting colours and seeing some of it OOF looks a little untidy
* The text in the bottom of the frame is a little distracting
* The photographers note really should include something more about how you created this shot
Overall it's a good creative idea but the execution lets the final picture down a little too much
