This is a beautiful view with lovely colours!Personally I would've cropped it just a little differently, so I've done a workshop for you. Hope you like it!

welcome to TL, a beautiful shot of Skye. I always remember the lack of trees on the island (and the single malts)

WOW! This is a very beautiful landscape Katrina! Some shot you have here!
I only wished you had used a much smaller aperture for maximum sharpness.
While I usually prefer a rule of third - by placing the horizon 1/3 off the top/bottom frame (good example shown in the workshop done by Cadi) - I think I like this as it is. WELL DONE!

First wellcome on TL. This is a splendid image with a magnificent light. Even tought the composition is centered, it is working very well here. Perfect exposure render the night mood. A great picture for our eyes. TFS.
