[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We had a week in North Yorkshire and this is the building opposite the house we stayed in.

Think its an old mill by the look of it being converted into residential accomodation.

Loved the light here, just after a shower of rain.

Have tonemapped the image to bring out the brickwork, but the lighting has not changed.

Peter

Hi Peter,

It is nice to see old buildings put to a good use the tone mapping has certainly brought out the stonework. Great colours sharp details and good pov well done.

Hi Peter,
Without reading your note, I was impressed with the light and the details in the brickwork. I like this style of architecture and and I like the idea that you only showed parts of it.
TFS,
Niek

Hello Peter,

You are right. Many lovely, old mills have been saved from destruction by a nifty change of use!

The light is wonderful.
I like how you have detailed the characteristic roof supports and the roof shapes. It is an attractive building!
What did you think of Skipton?
It is only 12miles away from my home.

Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)
