Very nice symmetrical shot looking down this street. Great to see a shot from this famous city Bryan! Great choice to convert to B&W.
Have a good week at work.

Hi Bryan,

I must say I really like this shot the dof is very good I have tried a shot like this myself but it didn't come out as good as this. The black and white is perfect for this shot imo well done.

Jon

Greetings Bryan,
I like your use of B&W for this shot,it balances well with the buildings architecture. The image is sharp & your POV leads the eye right into the scene.Pity nobody is wearing the "Kilt",guess you have to go up to Aberdeen to see that:)
You caught the mood of the location,no traffic allowed only shoppers, well seen & well taken.
Best regards
Ron

Hi Bryan,
Thanks again for reviving my memories of beautiful Edinburgh. Nice black and white shot of this famous and beautiful street of the city. The panoramic format was a good idea.
Honestly, I've been to quite a lot of places so far, but the most beautiful architecture I've ever seen were the houses of Edinburgh.
TFS.
Greetings,
Kristof

HI Bryan
The church stands out really well competing for space.
I love how you lead us into the crowded street and those call boxes defnitely a great addition.
A good daily life shot.
Have a good week.

Hi bryan

Good sharpness & tonal range in the this superb b&w image. Excellent use of diminishing linear perspective with the receding lines of the street & mall. Tfs!

The tone and exposure is very nice in this image. I'm most impressed with the wide depth of field and all of the detail within the image. TFS

Lucky Guy, yet another wonderful postcard photograph! Personally I would love to see this photo in color, for a very selfish reason... My last marriage, and honeymoon in 2003 was supposed to take place in Edinburgh. In a castle with full kilt attire no less. And then a round of golf at the famed Old Course at St. Andrews... after all honeymoon duties were carried out of course! Never happened, but I still think about what a grand time it would have been to this day. I still have hopes of making my tee time at St. Andrews. Marriage and honeymoon in St. Croix, Virgin Islands... long forgot about. My tee time will be as a single!!!
