Celebrating the Olympic Games 2012 in London.
Just a few hours ago it was announced that
London will hold the 30th Olympic Games,
after 1908 and 1948 for the third time.
I took these 2 photos 10 days before the big decision.
On the left a londoner did not seem to have
much confidence in winning - the rings looked like
somebody had thrown them away,
but mostly, as seen on the right the hope was
flying high.

I am not from London,
but itīs OK, that they won,
better luck for N.Y., Moscow, Paris, Madrid
next time. |

I'm from Paris and I am very happy for you. Congratulations ! Hope you'll post pictures of the games in 2012 to show us what we missed. Oops... you are from germany. So I'm sorry for you ;) Great compo.

Yes, London made it. Congratulations to them, I hope all goes as well as they plan.
