Cool! nice job. When I first joind this site I posted so many photos of my bass. :) I took a lot down though. Anyway, I like your very low point of view and composition. Nicely done. Welcome to TL! JP

Hi Ashely and welcome to TL! This is a great first entry. The perspective is excellent and I love the English sticker on the guitar. Hope you enjoy the site and we look forward to more of your work. B

Welcome Ashley and this I would say is a wonderful first entry. The sedate clours, the sharpness and the perspective are simply brilliant in this picture. Look forward to many such pleasing pictures from you. Kudos.

Hi Ashley, welcome to Trek L.
Glad someone takes care of their axe. It's in beautiful shape. P base? fender copy?
Excellent capture, you did well with this POV and composition.
I would have gone with 5.6 which would have the bottom to part way in focus.
Cool shot.

Mike

I will do the same with my 6 strings bass!!
congratulations

great prospective, light and colours, I will put this shot on the rock'n'roll theme...bye, giuliano

Hello Ashley,
very nice picture, this close up has a very nice PoV, I like this low angle, we looks so small like that. Very clear picture.
Well done
Luan

PS : thanks for your visit ;o)

Hi Ashley,
You are the waggs of TE is'nt it?
Nice to meet you here also.
A brand new theme is this; instruments are precious and shining; that's great for pictures. Perhaps I wil show my saxophones one time in here.
A good start; good luck!!
Huub

Rock'n'Roll England! Stunning perspective, Ashley. Great introduction to this site, welcome on Planet TL ;-)
Depth of field's also great, I love them 'simple' ways of manipulations of a pic. The eye wanders from a blurred edge to the main point, the brain knows 'bout the subject and afterwards is let on the minds, following another blurred line ...

Great angle, good perspective, good colour and contrast in photo, great compoced and good picture.

this one is really neat :-)
- nice POV
- interesting DOF
- good compo
- cool background
- frame is okay
i wanted to make a workshop where i would cropped it tighter from the right and left to get vertical framing and compo somehow just to include the strings but right now my computer is busy with encoding mpeg files :-) so i'll leave this to someone else or i'll do it some other day ... LOL
anyways ... welcome to TrekLens and keep up, the begining is great

goran

Hi Ashley,
Oh yes, do I remember this shot after looking through your gallery. I thought I critiqued this photo...but my memory fails me so here I am now.
Absolutely wonderful photo. Great depth of field and the color palette is great along with the best part of this shot....THE excellent POV.
