Nice hair-do! Good composition and colours.

Nice composition and DOF (I like the blurred background and the grass on the foreground too). I found your title pretty funny, given the "determined" stare it gives! Maybe you could have cropped a little of the top imho, so the eyes are not as centered. Regards, Julien.
