| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Photo of my lunch the other day at a Japanese restaurant in London. It is grilled eel, which they call unagi in Japanese, over rice and that combination is called unadon, which is the abreviation of unagi and donburi. A donburi is a large rice/wsoup bowl, but in general usage it is something over rice, such as this one. |

I will go to bed tonight less ignorant. TFS, Thomas.
Very nice shot. Good Lighting, POV and DOF.
Colors are so naturals.
Your note is very instructive.
JN.
Hi Tom,
Eel! Yum! Oh, good thing I already had dinner! Very nice shot. The dof looks okay. The focus is good where it's at...on the eel. Nice close-up. Good shot.
Richard
Hi Tom,
Delicious! Not that I'm a big fan of eel... even if I've caught a few myself, they are very hard to kill... did you know that? Looks like good, nicely grilled with crisp surface... good lighting in spite of the place, well done!
Regards,
