| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is another of my friends called Millie. She is dressed up for a Rocky Horror Show night. I have done a few things in PS:
-Contrasted it a bit to make it darker and lighter
-Took out the shines from her lips using the Clone Tool
-Added thicker eyelashes to enhance her eyes using the Brush Tool. |
