[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the view from the kitchen window of the cottage we had on Arran, each night we were greeted with a beautiful sunset. There were also marvellous sea views from the cottage.

This is my wife Brenda perched on the window sill admiring the view.

Hi Peter,
WOW! That is a great view you have from your kitchen window! I like a lot the silhouetted naked trees seen against the sky, and the gorgeous veil of clouds... A beautiful capture indeed!
Regards,
Pablo -

Hi Peter!
Nice view :) One thing is a little distracting on this one: plant and window above her head. Plant because it's unsharp and window beacause it's not straight as one on the right side. But love the mood image is passing

Lovely sunset indeed, Peter. I like the soft glow, the tree silhouettes and your wifes... But IMO maybe this would have worked even better if her legs weren't blocking a big part of the scenery... On the other hand, she lookes quite comfortable enjoying the sunset ;o). TFS.

Nice to meet your wife Peter. She has a very nice youthful profile. At first I thought it was a teenager sitting against a wall outside. The sunset is beautiful. What a joy to experience this each evening. Very well done on the composition. Your wife in the foreground makes the scene so much more interesting.

Nice silhouette-picture, Peter.
A spot one can take some time to reflect the da passed day and enjoy the scenery.
Groet,
Joop.

Terrific Peter, it really must have been terrible looking at that view every night. Lovely soft colours, great silhouettes. TFS

These are my favourate types of shot, really nice silhouette of your wife, looks like a superb sunset too. I like the natural framing of the window frame it adds to the dof in the shot.
