This caught my eye on a walk round Embsay village.

UPDATE: I have posted a WS with a different crop, a change in perspective & an added frame, Thank you Huub for pointing out the shortfalls and the remedies :)

Sure it caught your eye. A very inviting door; ornaments, reflection and a nice bellbutton. All in a good plane 1/3-2/3 composition.
In a workshop I will try to set the door upright.
Thanks Stephen
Huub

Interesting composition. I like the second workshop the most without the extra saturation.

The original was nice enough. Your workshop is ... neater. Huub's is more ... lively. They are ALL very attractive. Perhaps I'd go for .... all of'em, with a bias towards the 'straightened'.
Domesticity seasonalised and with nice brass. Love the door colour against the sooty gray stonework.

Will return.

Prefer the straightened door but with less saturation. In the original the door colour is very sympathetic with the browns/golds. Typical yorkshire brickwork-nice
