I fall in love with the dance. Flamenco is the most passionate dance I have ever seen. There is so much spirit on it. There is so much emotion.

I can dance. I like to dance. If I were a dance, I would like to be the "flamenco". It is very expressive, dauntingly romantic and extremely sexy.

I took this picture during a show in Seville. Flash was not allowed. It was a blessing in disguise. I had captured the dynamics of the dance.. the spirit of flamenco.

Very nice Manuel.. I have to say I am not a huge fan of Flamenco.. But your image is making me like it more..
Nice choice to have it in B&W... I know I can shoot in B&W...

your frame is very nice too.

Cool shot, Manny. The feeling of movement here is incredible and B&W fits the subject very nicely. Nothing really to nit pick here...one well done shot. Good work!

Woow! For me, one of the very best you've uploaded so far in both TE and TL combined. Even though I'm not specifically attracted to dance show pics, one must admit the biggest advantage is that you can shoot both great motion and cool shapes.

As said I like this one very much and it'll go into my favs but I'm still wondering how it would come out in color...

WOW! is this a video? So much of motion!

I think the fixed thigh of the middle dancer immensly eccentuates the motion in this shot.

I adore your enthusiasm Manuel. Your artworks are very high ones.

Very beautiful BW with exceptional midtones.
One of my favourites for sure!

Great dynamic shot Manny. One of your best for sure. Being completly in love with Flamenco (and Tango) this apeals to me on so many levels. Not only do i like the subject but it also reminds me of the first time i saw Flamenco on a stage show. I think my eyes was about to pop out - 10 years old :)Very good. I like the light and the dark areas, the tilt and the movment.

Manny,

yes indeed it was a blessing that you could not use your flash! starting to compete on blur too now?? huh? ;-)) LOL
it is a very nice photo my friend! your shot is full of that flamenco spirit and emotion! bravo!

Beautifully captured Manuel, yes, you are right you've managed to freeze the spirit of flamenco in time. This is really a great shot, not only for it's motion but for the inredible emotion that permiates it, the B&W enhances these emotions.
Well done Manuel, you certainly have an eye for great photographic shots.
Bravo!

this is an amazing dance picture you have here manny - I hope you have more picture like this, I'm all about motion and this an excellent display of it wonderful b/w. was it in color image first? i read the discussion to luko so don't worry about that you should post it.

This is a classic example of a good use of motion blur. Wow! Really superior work. You can do anything!

Amazing Manuel,

The accion photo it's great.

Well done.

It was indeed a blessing in disguise, Manny. Wonderful movement you got, the dancers are placed perfectly in your frame, the b&w looks great, and the motion blur on the dancer in the front left is what makes it. Great job writing up the note, too.

Encore du très bon Manny ! Excellente photographie. Une composition qui virevolte avec talent.
Très bien Manny.

Wonderful, Manuel. A very smart way to use the motion blur, and a very artistic shot. I like it, and I think that you nade a very good (and difficult) job by converting to b/w.

Manuel, great...
I am still looking at the tiny man all the three women are dancing to and the tiny guitarist with a smile...

Another great shot!! I love the B&W tones, you've done a great conversion to B&W. the motion blur and composition are very good, the faces of the men just visible are a great detail... a competition winner? well done.

The capture of the movements is awesome.
It would have been interesting to see this in color as flamenco dancers usually have such vibrant colored clothing.
Great photo Manuel
