Fabulous detail of this little chap.I like the blurred effect it does enhance the shot. Great colours and sharpness. Regards, Jean

Hi Stefan,

Very sharp image. Well composed and framed. I never took image of this kind huge turtle. A little curiosity, is the eye a bit dark due to shadow? But does not distract the beauty of this picture.

Tfs,
Tjutjut

Hi Stev, splendid portrait with excellent focus and sharpness, wonderful details, very well done, ciao Silvio

The ones i see more often have caramel and pecan pieces inside chocolate :)

I enjoy the precision! The detail of the leg who like little pieces of rock! The deep of the eyes please me too!
Strong capture with a lot of presence!
We had time...
You were a rabbit for that one ;p

Hi Stefan

Amazed with the clarity of this macro, a beautiful macro shot.
Great colours and sharpness.
Miniature of a Dinosaur, but beautiful!
I like the look, of the colors and the frame it accompanies his beautiful work
Congratulations

Sérgio

Excellent focus on the eye. I would blur the right leg during PP to intensify the experience.

Greetings Stefan...from New Zealand...

I like your upload here.. I like how youhave only got the focus on his head and only one leg..and rest out of focus...Your framing works well too, makes the photo look lifted off the page..making for good viewing.

Thanks for sharing.. this monster!

Cheers
Dawn

Hi Stefan. He does look as though he has just stepped out of the dinosaur age doesn't he! Very well portrayed with the focus on his head and front leg. I like your choice of colour for the frame and all together very well presented!
Cheers, Pat.

Great detail Stefan, a fine macro.

Hi Stephan, you captured that turtle well. I like the sharpness and DOV you have created. tfs

Amazing Stefan!

This is a nice piece of art that you have shared! :) Although I m not sure bit I suppose this is a star tortoise...?
You have really time it well and the calmness that this shot shows is just so appealing! Also the focus on the front and the blur on the off-focus is perfect to think of! Congrats friend! :D
